Positive Power is a product of knowledge and experience of 1999 Mr Australia Body builder Ian Rook and Cancer survivor Troy Sussman.

Combining our knowledge and experience with our strong passion to help people achieve greatness and rejuvenate their lives we have proven anything is possible with POSITIVE POWER.

With clients ranging from 17 to 91 year olds, no client will ever be put into the too hard basket or turned away. Having full access to a private one on one studio and a mobile “we come to you studio” will ensure you reach your goal.

We cater for all ages and medical conditions, with a vast group of health professionals linked to us.
